You might get better results from those Game Machine scans by "unlocking" the PDF and extracting the images:
the quality's still not great but better than being resized and blurry

Hey Ted, when you eventually get that Jeffrey Katzenberg page up, I've got the Photos page all ready at Category:Photos of Jeffrey Katzenberg, with all known photos of him tagged. Personally I like to copy/paste the Photographs MainArticle section from Al Nilsen's page for my new People articles, its already set up with PAGENAME templates so you can just easily slip it right in.
