OPeNBooK Co., Ltd (オープンブック) was a Japanese video game developer founded by Yutaka "Yoot" Saito in 1993. It is known primarily for its SimCity-inspired simulation game The Tower (also known as SimTower). It merged[1] with 9003 to form OPeNBooK9003 in 1996.
OPeNBooK's employees would later break away from the merger before being absorbed by Yoot Saito's second company, Vivarium.
