Naxat Soft (ナグザット) was a pulisher (sometimes developer) of many video games in the late 1980s through the 1990s. They changed their name to Kaga Tech in 1998, and Kaga Create in 2007 (Kaga Electronics is their parent company).
In 2015, Kaga Electronics decided to dissolve Kaga Create due to not be able to create a large enough growth potential in today’s smartphone app-focused video games market.
