Fukumoto is linked to 7LY Big King on MobyGames. I don't know if there's a source for it, but I know that in Legend of Joe Musashi: Shinobi Music Collection, Ryo Kudou says that senior artist F本 (F-moto) handled background art for The GG Shinobi, which does fit 7LY Big King. I messaged him about that on Facebook a while back, but he didn't respond.
However, Fukumoto graduated university in 1985, and since a lot of developers get employed the same year they graduate, there's a couple 80's aliases that might be Fukumoto.
- Slap Shooter - FUK
- Transformer - FKU
- Choplifter (Master System version) - Funny Fuku
- Secret Command - Sunshine Hisa
- Space Harrier (Master System version) - Fuuuuuk
- OutRun (Master System version) - H.F
- Dragon Crystal - Fudo (this one feels like more of a stretch so close to 7LY Big King, especially as Fuk-related aliases had dwindled.
