Sega Jinwin (Shanghai) Amusement Co., Ltd. (精文世嘉(上海)有限公司), also known as simply Sega Jinwin, was a Chinese joint venture between Sega Corporation and Shanghai JinWin Investment Co., Ltd.[3], dedicated to handling the distribution of Sega's arcade cabinets in the country.

Company

Sega Jinwin was established in 2009 as a joint venture between Sega Corporation, Shanghai JinWin Investment Co., Ltd.[3], and the National Chinese Center for Developing the Animation, Cartoon, and Game Industry.[1] In October 2010, the company obtained a license from the Chinese government to officially manufacture and sell amusement machines in the country.[3]
