Kazuhiko Hamada (浜田 和彦) is a former Japanese hardware developer. Joining Sega in 1983, he developed various arcade boards for games such OutRun, After Burner and Galaxy Force. At the end of 1991, with the System 32 behind them, he and his team, of which he was section manager, instead began to develop the next generation of home console hardware, and after its release continued to design peripheral and research how to reduce costs, a job which extended to the Sega Dreamcast.
