This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

Takashi Uryu (瓜生 貴士) is a former producer at Sega Software R&D Dept. 7/Overworks. He produced the entire Guru Guru Onsen series. He was apparently also the initial producer of the 2002 Shinobi reboot by Overworks[2], but is not credited in the final game, with no mention of a dedicated producer.
