Yoshio Sugiura (杉浦 善夫) is a freelance illustrator who has collaborated with Sega on numerous occasions, beginning with Hundred Swords. Since then their illustrations have been featured across several Phantasy Star games, Spartan: Kodai Greek Eiyuuden, World Chain and the entire Sangokushi Taisen world, including Sengoku Taisen and Eiketsu Taisen.
