The Sega Dreamcast version of Flashback is a re-release of Flashback.
This version seems to have been converted from a work-in-progress build of a still ongoing open source reimplementation of the game[7], evidenced by the fact that its developer Gregory Montoir is given a mention in the instructions manual[8].
