This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

Joshua & The Battle of Jericho is a "sequel" to Exodus: Journey to the Promised Land.

Though the game has a TMSS check, it will only do the $A14000 write if it detects the region of the console it is running on as NTSC-U — therefore, the game will only boot on either any US Mega Drive or on any other Model 1 Mega Drive without TMSS (making that a partly useless form of region lockout).

Gameplay

Gameplay in Joshua is identical to Exodus, except this time you play (on new maps) as Joshua collecting all the bags with $ on them.
