Haruki Akiba (秋葉 晴樹) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. After working on the Sakura Taisen ranchise, Blazer Drive and Rise of Nightmares, he joined the new mobile-focused company Sega Networks, where he programmed Demon Tribe[1] and Monster Gear[2].
