Tomoharu "Duke" Kimura[2] (木村 智治), also known as Tomo Kimura, is a producer at Genki and a former programmer at Sega of Japan who worked in Yu Suzuki's team. He and artist Hiroshi Hamagaki left Sega to found Genki in 1990[1], where they were best known for the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series. In 1999, Kimura became the company's managing director and director of development[1].
