Image Works was a Mirrorsoft publishing label established in 1988 for games aimed at the "mass market"[1]. It was one of several Mirrorsoft labels in use during the late 1980s.
Following the closure of Mirrorsoft and subsequent buyout by Acclaim Entertainment, Image Works continued to be used as a publishing label for Acclaim for a few months (or at least, used to publish the European Mega Drive version of Back to the Future Part III). The brand was retired in 1992.
