Ya Se Chuan Shuo is a 1995 RPG for the Sega Mega Drive by unlicensed Taiwanese developer Chuanpu. Publisher Ming Super Chip released two versions:

*the "Imperial Dynasty" version, showing a subtitle in Chinese

*the "The Story of Arthur" version, showing that text in English — this version is where our ROM dump comes from

At present, the only known difference is the text on the title screen. A strategy guide was also released.

The sound driver in this game is taken from Data East's High Seas Havoc; in fact, the first town theme is literally the ending theme from High Seas Havoc with pitches transposed.
