Sega Family Fun Pak is a compilation of game demos/trials for Microsoft Windows-based PCs, released in the US in 1996. The demos/trials included in the compilation are Sonic the Hedgehog CD, Sonic's Schoolhouse, Bug!, Baku Baku, and Garfield: Caught in the Act.
This 'Limited Edition' compilation of demos/trials was distributed by Lasersoft. The term 'Interactive Preview' is used repeatedly on the cover art and the back of the case asks and answers the question, "What is an interactive preview?" According to the answer provided on the back of the case - "It's an exciting and economical way for you to play PC games without paying full price, allowing you to test-drive a Limited version that features all the excitement of the full-version for hours of entertainment. The Limited Edition includes Interactive Previews of 5 SEGA Titles."
The inside of the CD inlay contains a coupon to claim back $5 per title for any titles within the compilation of which full versions are subsequently purchased. Allowing the player to claim back up to $25 in total.
The front also promotes this offer by stating, 'Rebate offer inside, up to $25.00 off the purchase of the full versions.'
