Shinpei Tanaka (田中 新兵) is a former artist at Sega of Japan, mostly involved with the Guru Guru Onsen series. He seems to have made a notable contribution to Doraemon: Nobita no Kyouryuu 2006 DS, as, after leaving Sega, he was invited back to create artwork for the next Doraemon game.
