URA mode
At the title screen, press , , , , , , during the "Press Start Button" sequence. The title will change from red to blue to confirm the cheat input and enable URA mode. During the game, press , , , + (or the appropriate attack button) to perform a powered-up deathblow attack with any of the player characters except for Zhang Fei/Chō-Hi, whose powered up deathblow attack is performed getting close to an enemy and pressing forward ( or ), back ( or ), , + (or the appropriate attack button).
