Tadanobu Numata (沼田 忠信) is a Japanese video game programmer. He worked at Sega for several years on the Virtua Cop and Virtua Striker franchises. He left Sega in 2000 to join LightWeight and work on Kengo: Master of Bushido. He worked on several soccer games by Electronic Arts Canada between 2005 and 2008. He returned to Japan to work for Namco Bandai Games on National Geographic Panda as a programmer and Katamari Forever as a lyricist.
