Sega Amusement Machine Research and Development Department #11, commonly known as Sega AM R&D #11 or Sega AM11, was a research and development division within Sega.
The division was founded in September 1998. Toshihiro Nagoshi fronted the studio, having migrated from Sega AM2 with various others, including Satoshi Mifune and Tetsuya Kaku. Spikeout: Digital Battle Online is the only one of AM11's games.
