Daisuke Sato (佐藤 大輔) frequently works with Toshihiro Nagoshi. He is the current Yakuza Series Producer.[1] He's a SEGA veteran whose first game was on the Saturn. He began working together with Toshihiro Nagoshi since Scud Race on SEGA's Model 3, and went on to work on many other games on the arcades. On the console market, he worked on Super Monkey Ball, which was an enhanced port of the arcade title, Monkey Ball. He took part as a Stage Design Director on F-Zero GX, developed by Nagoshi's studio, Amusement Vision in collaboration with Nintendo. Furthermore, he would be a major contributor to the founding of Nagoshi's Yakuza series, serving as a Chief Designer on the first game and he would become a regular for the series. After CS3 ceased to exist, and was absorbed into CS1 and CS2, Sato would become the head of CS1.[2]
