D4 Enterprise Co., Ltd. (株式会社D4エンタープライズ), also known as D4E, is a Japanese video game publisher which specializes in digital distribution services like Project EGG.

Over the years, the company has bought the publishing rights to several of Compile's Sega-published titles, such as C So!, Golvellius, Gulkave, Hustle Chumy, and the Madou Monogatari franchise (although for said series, Sega still owns the character rights).[2]
