This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

Expo '70 was a world's fair held in Suita, Osaka, Japan, between March 14 and September 13, 1970.

Within Expo '70, an amusement park, "Expoland" was open, and within that, "Gameland", where Sega demonstrated 32 of its arcade machines to the general public.[1] Expoland would continue to operate after the world's fair ended (for 30 years), though it is not known how long Sega's contributions remained.

Sega had grossed $405,000 USD from Gameland by July 31, 1970.[2]
