The September 1995 issue of Sega Video Magazine is an entry in the Sega Video Magazine series of promotional VHS cassettes for Japan.

Having seen a steady decline in software over the prior few months, the Sega Mega Drive, Sega 32X, Sega Mega-CD and Sega Game Gear are dropped from this issue of Sega Video Magazine, with the focus moving exclusively to Sega Saturn (and occasionally arcade) games. Segments covering games for these platforms would re-emerge on occasion (for example, the 32X version of Virtua Fighter is covered in the next issue), but are no longer a guaranteed feature of the video.

The "Game Insider" segment involves an interview with xxxx in regards to Golden Axe: The Duel. There is also talk about the Sega Titan Video arcade cabinet and two of its other fighting games, Virtua Fighter Remix and Suiko Enbu.
