Vay (ヴァイ), sometimes subtitled Ryuusei no Yoroi (流星の鎧), is a 1993 Sega Mega-CD RPG.
This is a very straightforward RPG as far as RPGs go, but it has an interesting premise about a high fantasy civilization interacting with a futuristic mecha (the "Armor of Vay"). It also has an elaborate English localization by Working Designs, which was one of the few points of note according to the contemporary reviews of Vay's US release.
