Tenant Wars (テナントウォーズ) is a board game for the Sega Saturn. Though the Saturn version was not released outside of Japan, the PlayStation port saw a limited release in North America as Board Game: Top Shop in 2001.

Gameplay
In Tenant Wars, up to four players compete top open shops in a shopping mall. Similar to Monopoly, if an opponent stops on a square which the player owns, he/she has to buy an item. The winner is the player with the most money at the end.
