The SJ-151 is a rare controller designed for the SG-1000 II. It is an update to the SJ-150 controllers which were originally bundled with the console, and were produced for a short period before the Sega Mark III debuted with SJ-152 controllers.
The SJ-151 is almost identical to the SJ-150 but features round buttons made of hard plastic, as opposed to the SJ-150's oval-shaped rubber buttons.
