Akiyoshi Shinpo (新保 顕理) is a former programmer at Sega Enterprises who mainly worked in data organization[4]. He joined in 1994 and was assigned to the AM1 department[2], where he was paired up with a senior programmer (surname begins with A) and created the game Tesou Uranai Chotto Misete. He was one of the founding members of the AM1 technical support team[5]. He left Sega in 1999 to become a self-employed programmer[6][3]. He writes on the domain wizforest.com, and in 2015, 20 years after the release of Tesou Uranai Chotto Misete, began writing about his experiences in the video game industry.
