Psycho World is a 1988 game for the MSX by Hertz. Sega ported it to the Sega Master System and Sega Game Gear in 1991, renaming it Psychic World (サイキックワールド). The Game Gear and Master System versions are actually very different, featuring graphical and stage design changes.
