Rambo: First Blood Part II is a reskin of Ashura (阿修羅) (アシュラ). Minor graphics and music changes were made between releases. Ashura was later known as Secret Command in Europe and later American releases, although the title screen reads Secret Commando.
Rambo: First Blood Part II depicts Rambo holding a bizarre hybrid weapon built from the M60 machine gun seen in the first movie and the RPG seen in the second.
