On the main menu, press Left Up Right Right Up Left Right Right Left Left Up. This will enable an "extra options" menu.

Fergus Head cameo

From the "extra options" menu, selecting the option "Okay, right?" and then playing a stage as the character Diablo will result in his followers being replaced with a single sprite of a small red devil bearing the digitized face of Probe Software founder Fergus McGovern - the Fergus Head. It will jump in celebration at the conclusion of the player's match, and additionally changes its color palette to match Diablo's selected color variation.
