Car Licence (カーライセンス) is a Sega Game Gear traffic code educational program developed by System Vision[1] and For You[1], and published by Nayuta. Produced to assist users in passing their Japanese driving exam, it was released exclusively in Japan in 1995.

Car Licence features a total of 600 questions related to traffic code and proper driving techniques. The number of questions, as well as the exam time allotted, can be adjusted by users.
