Akira Nagai (永井 明) is a Japanese businessman and former Sega of Japan director and executive.[1] He joined predecessor company Nihon Goraku Bussan in 1963, initially working in jukebox sales, before diverting to amusement facility management.[2] In 2001, he became representative director of Sega's amusement business.[2]
Career
Nagai makes a cameo in Shenmue as the yakuza boss of the same name, with his in-game character greatly resembling his actual appearance.
