Pro Yakyuu Super League '91 (プロ野球スーパーリーグ'91) is a 1991 baseball game by Sega for the Sega Mega Drive in their League series of baseball games. It was only released in Japan and South Korea, however would later be morphed into Sports Talk Baseball.

Gameplay
When batting, the D-pad moves and swings. When pitching, and move and pitches. You appear to have very limited control over teammates when the ball is in the air.
