Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive game developed by Factor 5 and set to be published by U.S. Gold in June 1995. Despite being reportedly complete and sent to the press for review, it was cancelled for unknown reasons.

The Mega Drive version was meant to have been converted from a SNES version, which saw a release in 1994. No prototypes have been discovered.
