From Sega Retro
Iguana Entertainment was a video game developer. It was founded in 1991, composed mostly of former members of Punk Development, RazorSoft's software development subsidiary. It was acquired by Acclaim in 1995, and was liquidated due to Acclaim's bankruptcy in 2004.
