Michael Cisneros, also known as "Mike Cisneros", is a Senior Manager of Licensing at SEGA, having started with the company in May of 2015. His job involves overseeing licensed merchandise and media related to the Sonic franchise, including the IDW Sonic comic, foods featuring Sonic's branding, and more. He appears frequently on the Sonic Official livestreams. Independently of SEGA he has published his own graphic novel called "PROGRAMMED"[1].
