Yoshio "Yossan" Fukushima[1] (福島 淑生) is a former programmer at Sega of Japan. He first worked on arcade games, but like Hidetoshi Takeshita, made his console debut with Panzer Dragoon[1]. He was not credited for his work until Clockwork Knight. He left Sega not long after the release of Clockwork Knight 2
