Masakazu Takizawa (瀧澤 正和) is a former programmer at Sega Enterprises who worked at Sega AM2. He is best-known for his work on the Virtua Cop series.
Career
Masakazu Takizawa was working as a programmer for machines in factories before joining Sega Enterprises around 1995, where he was assigned to work under the AM2 division on the almost-finished Sega Saturn version of Daytona USA[1]. Thereafter, he was assigned to the Virtua Cop team, and requested to work as an artist, not programmer, which his section supervisor allowed to do[1].
