Hisao Koba (古場 久雄) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. He joined in 2001[1] and was seconded to Overworks, most notably involved as a programmer with Sakura Taisen: Atsuki Chishio Ni and Doraemon: Nobita no Kyouryuu 2006 DS[1] while also providing technical support for other games. Years later, when Overworks successor CS R&D Dept. #3 was dissolved, he went to Sega Games CS Studio 2, thus becoming part of Sonic Team, but returned a veteran to his first Sega IP with Shin Sakura Taisen.
