Masayuki Hasegawa (長谷川 雅幸) is a former artist at Sega.
In 1993 he became the deputy manager of the second design section with Sega CS1, having previously been the acting manager of Sega CS3's design section.[2]
Due to similar names, art styles and histories, it has been speculated by VGDensetsu that Masayuki Hasegawa is the real name of manga artist Masaki Segawa.[3] The two names are credited separately in Blue Stinger and Illbleed.
