Entering 
permanently unlocks the ability to produce hidden units at and near players' Capitals, including the Su-27, Tu-166, Mi-28, Ka-50, Carrier, etc.
Spawn Fantasy units
Entering one of the following codes allows a number of Fantasy units to be produced at and near players' Capitals. Codes must be re-entered for every new unit spawned.

Map resource editor
At the map load screen, load a map, then highlight the LOAD option and enter . This allows editing of the map's available resources before gameplay.
Unlock Tears of Nei map
At the map load screen, load a map, then highlight the LOAD option and enter . This allows gameplay of the hidden map Tears of Nei, an homage to the Phantasy Star II character of the same name.
