Atsushi Watanabe (渡邊 淳) is a former programmer at Sega of Japan, known to have worked on Jambo! Safari and Plus e. He had a close relationship with Takashi Yamada, who joined Sega around the same time[1].
His name may have also been spelled 渡辺 淳, which would mean he was part of the WCCF team.
