Banpresto Co., Ltd. (バンプレスト) was a Japanese video game developer and publisher established in 1977 as Hoei Sangyō (豊栄産業) before renaming itself to Coreland (コアランドテクノロジー) in 1982. In 1989 it was bought by Bandai, and renamed Banpresto.
