Bandai Namco Entertainment (株式会社バンダイナムコゲームスエンターテインメント) is a Japanese video game and entertainment company formed from the merger of the video game division of Bandai and Namco in 2006 as Namco Bandai Games, after the formation of Namco Bandai Holdings (currently known as Bandai Namco Holdings) the year prior. In 2014, the company renamed to Bandai Namco Games as part of an effort by the group to consolidate its branding by discontinuing the Bandai, Namco and Banpresto brand names from future games and was renamed to its current name the following year. In 2018, as part of a group restructuring, the arcade development division of BNEI was transferred to the second incarnation of Namco, renaming itself to Bandai Namco Amusement in the process.

The company also operates an American branch, Bandai Namco Entertainment America as well as a European branch Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe, an Australian/New Zealander branch Bandai Namco Entertainment Australia alongside regional branches in Singapore (serving Southeast Asia), South Korea, Hong Kong & Taiwan.
