Heart of the Alien: Out of This World Parts I and II is a compilation for the Sega Mega-CD, containing Another World (Out of this World in North America) and Heart of the Alien, a sequel. As the name may suggest, this compilation was only released in North America.
A European release was probably planned,as the German SEGA Magazin gave the game 70% in a big review.
