Kenmaster started importing consoles and pirated Kenga games from Taiwan and distributing them through the Lamport retail network.
An aggressive advertising campaign was launched. The company's management created the Ken-Club whose members had various benefits to buy games and consoles. Ken-Card (5% discount card) was also issued for them and once a month, a random cardholder got $500. Kenga sponsored the Ukrainian program Kenga Predstavlyaet and created a Russian show featuring Ken-Club members.[1] Magazines such as Velikiy Drakon, Magazina Igrushek and Yunyy tehnik all featured and advertised consoles.
