SING!! Sega Game Music Presented by B.B. Queens is an album of Sega Mega Drive and Mega-CD music as covered by the Japanese pop group B.B.Queens. The album was arranged by Masao Akashi and performed by Yuko Tsubokura, Keiko Utoku, Yuichii Ikusawa, Maki Ohguro, Fusanosuke Kondou, Seiichiroh Kuribayashi, and Keiji Katayama.
While it's mostly thought there's no Sonic-related music, The song "Funky Brothers" is actually from the unreleased arcade game, SegaSonic Bros. which was at the time, still in development. The first "track" is actually a special version of the game Teddy Boy Blues for the Mega-CD with brand new levels and allows the player to choose any of the audio tracks of the album as background music for the game.
