Takubon is likely a former programmer at Sega. They often worked with K.Koba. The 1990-10-02 prototype of Shadow Dancer: The Secret of Shinobi, reveals that their surname is Kajiwara^[1], otherwise spelled Kajihara, the surname of programmer Katsuya Kajihara. However, some/all of these pseudonyms may also be in reference to Takashi Shoji, who is confirmed to have programmed Alex Kidd in Shinobi World^[2].
