Dream Throne (ドリーム トローネ) is an arcade prize dispensing game created by Sega Corporation in 2002.
The game consists of a large, cylindrical cabinet containing a rotating platform with seven compartments, each holding a prize sitting on a trapdoor. Inserting a credit gives the player two chances to press a button and flip a plastic lever into a small slit beneath the desired prize, triggering a mechanism which opens the trapdoor and drops the prize into the prize chute.
Dream Throne usually contains larger, premium prizes, and is much more difficult to win than other Sega prize games. The speed of the platform's rotation changes slightly during gameplay, making it extremely difficult for players to time the drop of the lever properly.
