I am assuming that it's a legitmate, Sega-endorsed copy and not some hobbiest thing. Same with the Space Harrier port. I can't find evidence to support either theory, although the bloke responsible apparently made ports of quite a few arcade games to the computer -Black Squirrel 14:16, 30 August 2012 (CDT)
Mega Drive version
So what's the plan with the Mega Drive version? Are we still giving it its own pages, or will it be part of these ones?
The page for the Mega Drive Mini 2 already had links set up for separate pages as soon as it was announced, though as far as content goes the Mega Drive version is really just the same game as the other versions with the addition of a Super Easy mode. Does that really justify having different pages for that version? --SorachiJirachi (talk) 15:48, 1 November 2022 (EDT)
- My gut feeling would be to give it its own page for the same reason we have things like Flashback (Dreamcast) - it's a pseudo-aftermarket release that came 30 years after the last port.
- I never managed to come up with a decent solution for games with shared content - Sega Ages Fantasy Zone is in the same boat. You can pull "sections" through with #lst (see Category:Creative services employees for a recent example!) but I'm not sure how user friendly it is -Black Squirrel (talk) 18:46, 1 November 2022 (EDT)
- I suppose for now I could keep it on a separate page if the plan is to automatically pull sections from other pages. If it doesn't work out, you can always merge it into the original page. --SorachiJirachi (talk) 20:12, 3 November 2022 (EDT)
